TO THE BEAT
To The Beat classes use intensity zones and the beat of the music to create an efficient and safe lower body workout. Including low, moderate and high effort bursts to improve your fitness. We'll leave the jazz hands and press ups for the dance floor and gym floor ;)

IN THE ZONE
In The Zone is a performance cycling class using intensity zones and functional threshold power. It's a structured program including steady state, threshold and high interval training efforts. It is adaptable to all fitness levels and a fun way to improve/monitor progress.

Don’t sweat it! You don’t have to be fit to start, just start to get fitter. Using our coach by colour method, you will be able to cycle at an intensity that is relevant to you. The instructors will be there to support you through your classes, ensuring you work within your current abilities.

Regular trainers are absolutely fine. If you have cleats, they will also work too and can be attached to our bikes.

Each class is 45 minutes. Which is plenty of time to build a sweat, get the endorphins flowing and have a great workout.
