Booking classes
You can book in from the timetable page of our website here. Or download the “Glofox” app from the Apple or Google store, for a simple way to manage your classes. Once done, just enter the studio name and your login details.
Cancelling classes
Don’t sweat it, life happens. We get it. If you need to cancel a class, just do so with at least 12 hours notice. You’ll then have 14 days to then reuse that class credit. Anything cancelled within 12 hours of the class start would be a lost credit.

Intro Offers

You’ve 2 main trial offers to choose from. A 14 day unlimited pass or a 3 class pack. Both are a great way to try us out and see what all the fun is about!

Both of our intro offers expire 30 days from purchase. Which gives you plenty of time to get started after signing up.

Facilities

We don’t have shower facilities, but there will be coming soon! We currently have a large toilet/changing room should you need to get changed.

Of course! There’s space to change your shoes, store coats/jumpers & any other belongings.

There is free parking for 1 hour available outside the studio on the main high st. You'll just need to register your car with the RingGo parking app on each visit.
Classes

Don’t sweat it! You don’t have to be fit to start, just start to get fitter. Using our coach by colour method, you will be able to cycle at an intensity that is relevant to you. The instructors will be there to support you through your classes, ensuring you work within your current abilities.

Nope! You can save those for the gym and dance floor. Here we want you to get the most out of cycling in a safe and effective way.

Regular trainers are absolutely fine. If you have cleats, they will also work too and can be attached to our bikes.
